Shipping policy

Made to order. Each kit is produced to order in your factory interior color. Please allow approximately 35 days from order to delivery for US orders, and approximately 5–6 weeks for international orders. Every kit is inspected in the USA before shipping to you; you'll receive tracking the day it ships, and delivery is signature-required.

If your order will not ship by the estimated date, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full and immediate refund.

United States. Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses — if you're in one of these areas, email hello@trimlabz.com and we'll quote actual freight for your address.

Canada. Flat-rate shipping of $150 USD.

International. We ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Australia at a flat rate of $300 USD. Not in one of these countries? Email hello@trimlabz.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

Import duties and taxes. International orders (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and VAT/GST charged by your country when the package arrives. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the buyer's responsibility. All shipments are declared at full purchase value with accurate customs documentation — we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid import charges, the order is treated as a return and any refund will be reduced by our unrecoverable shipping and return costs.
